The set-up activity would include an express Trust formation, drafting of the Trust Deed, all regulatory Returns and initial meetings here in the UK both with us and with the overseas trust formation company.

Concerning the offshore Trusts, depending on its jurisdiction, there would also be a compliance review, the annual accounts of the Trust, distributions from the Trust and other basic corporate actions.
